    Suzuki has launched the Suzuki e-Access electric scooter in India, and bookings are now open. The headline number is the price: ₹1,88,490 (ex-showroom Delhi). And from the start, Suzuki positions this scooter as a premium daily commuter, not a budget experiment.

    Battery and range. Clear numbers, simple story

    Suzuki fits the e-Access with a fixed LFP battery rated at 60 Ah and 3.072 kWh. Then it claims a 95 km range under the AIS test cycle. Suzuki even shares an efficiency figure of 39 Wh per km under the related test standard.

    That LFP detail matters. Many riders want a battery type known for stability and long life, and Suzuki clearly picked it for that reason.

    With the portable charger, Suzuki states:

    Suzuki lists a top speed of 71 km/h in the higher modes. But in Eco mode, it caps speed at 55 km/h. So you can pick calm and steady for routine commutes, and you can pick extra pace for quicker stretches.

    Electric scooters still raise one big worry: long-term cost. So Suzuki pushes hard on ownership support.

    It offers an extended warranty up to 7 years or 80,000 km. Then it adds a buy-back assurance up to 60% after 3 years under launch offers. Suzuki mentions finance options too, and these offers can vary by channel, stock, and location.

    Is that enough to calm EV anxiety? For many buyers, yes, since a long warranty and a clear buy-back plan reduce the risk feeling right away.

    Dealer reach and charging network. Practical details that matter

    Suzuki says customers can experience the scooter across 1,200+ outlets. Then it notes DC chargers at 240+ outlets, with portable charging support across the wider network.

    So if you care about service access and brand support, this part helps. You want quick repairs, easy parts, and a clear place to go when something feels off.
